Marrick McDonald, President
Marrick is an internationally recognized Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) with over 20 years of strategic, tactical and hands-on experience in operations and people leadership. His deep expertise was built working across and managing warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, call center and home delivery operations.
Marrick is the past president of the ASCM Toronto Chapter, the world's largest supply chain association. Over the last two decades, he has led operations for some of Canada’s most recognized retailers, having managed over 30 warehouses across eastern Canada and 50 million dollars in operating budget.
Marrick strongly believes that improvement in employee experience, customer satisfaction and business growth opportunities comes from the development and strengthening of a leader’s mindset, toolset, and skillset - specifically for front line and middle managers, who are the operational and cultural engine of most business in supply chain sectors and the greatest opportunity for value-add coaching.
Marrick is committed to instilling excellence in people, processes and operations, and he delivers this through his hands-on leadership methodology and implementation approach.
